โครงการจัดซื้อชุดครุภัณฑ์พัฒนาระบบห้องประชุมอัจฉริยะ (Smart Meeting Room) สำหรับคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงห้องประชุมให้มีความทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูง รองรับการประชุมทั้งแบบออฟไลน์และออนไลน์ได้อย่างราบรื่น ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์หลากหลายชนิด ได้แก่ จออัจฉริยะ Blackboard ความละเอียด 4K ขนาด 86 นิ้ว, กล้อง PTZ 4K, อุปกรณ์ควบคุมและเลือกสัญญาณภาพ, อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อสัญญาณภาพและเสียงแบบไร้สาย, ทีวีมอนิเตอร์ 65 นิ้ว, ชุดรับ-ส่งสัญญาณภาพผ่านสาย UTP, เครื่องสลับสัญญาณภาพ, เครื่องกระจายสัญญาณเครือข่าย, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ประสิทธิภาพสูง, ระบบเสียงดิจิตอล, อุปกรณ์ควบคุมแบบจอสัมผัส, ชุดไมค์ประชุมดิจิตอล, ลำโพง, โต๊ะและเก้าอี้ประชุม, วัสดุซับเสียง, และงานติดตั้งระบบทั้งหมด โครงการนี้เน้นการใช้อุปกรณ์ที่มีเทคโนโลยีสูงเพื่อให้การประชุมมีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์การใช้งานในยุคดิจิทัล

The Smart Meeting Room Equipment Procurement Project for the Faculty of Education at Surindra Rajabhat University aims to modernize the meeting room and enhance its efficiency, supporting both offline and online meetings seamlessly. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of various equipment, such as an 86-inch 4K Interactive Blackboard, 4K PTZ cameras, video control and selection devices, wireless video and audio connection devices, 65-inch TV monitors, UTP video signal transceiver sets, video switchers, network switches, high-performance computers, digital audio systems, touch-screen control devices, digital conference microphone sets, speakers, meeting tables and chairs, sound-absorbing materials, and complete system installation. This project emphasizes the use of high-tech equipment to ensure high-quality meetings and meet the needs of the digital age.
