โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะมูลฝอย ขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการจัดเก็บและขนถ่ายขยะมูลฝอยในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุกขยะที่มีคุณสมบัติตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ตู้บรรทุกมูลฝอยมีขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 30 ลูกบาศก์เมตร ตัวถังทำด้วยเหล็กหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 มิลลิเมตร พื้นเหล็กหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 4.50 มิลลิเมตร เครื่องยนต์มีปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ มีระบบการเผาไหม้แบบไดเร็คอินเจคชั่น หรือตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสารมลพิษจากเครื่องยนต์ระดับไม่น้อยกว่า EURO 5 รวมถึงต้องเป็นพัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ เป็นของแท้ของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ตามที่กำหนดใน TOR
This project aims to procure one 6-ton, 6-wheeled rear-compaction garbage truck to enhance the efficiency of waste management in the designated area. The scope of work includes supplying a garbage truck that meets the specifications outlined in the TOR, such as a container capacity of at least 30 cubic meters, a body made of steel at least 3 mm thick, an engine displacement of at least 5,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 170 kilowatts, a direct injection combustion system or manufacturer’s standard, and EURO 5 emission standards. The equipment must be manufactured domestically, be new and unused, and meet the specified quality standards. Bidders must possess the qualifications and experience stipulated in the TOR.
