โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (Asphaltic Concrete) บนถนนจากทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 215 ไปยังบ้านภูดินทราย ตำบลทุ่งหลวง อำเภอสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- ขอบเขตงาน: ปรับปรุงถนนให้มีความกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ระยะทาง 2,656 เมตร ความหนา 0.04 เมตร (พื้นที่ดำเนินการไม่น้อยกว่า 15,936 ตารางเมตร)

โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ถนนมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงเพิ่มความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่
The project, undertaken by the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization, aims to improve the asphaltic concrete pavement on the road from Highway 215 to Ban Phu Din Sai, Thung Luang Subdistrict, Suwannaphumi District, Roi Et Province. Details include:
- Scope of Work: Improving the road to a width of 6.00 meters, a distance of 2,656 meters, and a thickness of 0.04 meters (operating area of not less than 15,936 square meters).
