TOR ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยา Manidipine Hydrochloride โดยอ้างอิงตามมาตรฐาน Japanese Pharmacopoeia XVII (JP XVII) ซึ่งระบุรายละเอียดคุณสมบัติของตัวยาสำคัญ (Drug substance) รวมถึงข้อกำหนดในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ต่างๆ เช่น Identification, Assay, Loss on drying, Residue on ignition, และ Purity (Heavy metals, Arsenic, Related substance) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องแสดงเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ ได้แก่ เอกสารการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยาในประเทศไทย (ทย.2, ทย.3, ทย.4 หรือ ย.2), ใบคําขอขึ้นทะเบียน (ทย.1 หรือ ย.1) พร้อมรายละเอียด finished product specification และ drug substance specification หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขทะเบียนยา จะต้องแนบเอกสารการขอแก้ไข (ทย.9 หรือ ย.5) ที่ได้รับการอนุมัติก่อนวันประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อยืนยันว่ายาที่เสนอมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
This TOR aims to procure Manidipine Hydrochloride according to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia XVII (JP XVII) standard. It specifies the requirements for the drug substance, including tests such as Identification, Assay, Loss on drying, Residue on ignition, and Purity (Heavy metals, Arsenic, Related substance). Bidders must provide essential documents, including drug registration certificates in Thailand (Thor Yor.2, Thor Yor.3, Thor Yor.4, or Yor.2), registration applications (Thor Yor.1 or Yor.1) with finished product specifications and drug substance specifications. If there are any registration amendments, bidders must include the approved amendment documents (Thor Yor.9 or Yor.5) submitted before the e-bidding announcement date and no more than 2 years prior to the e-bidding announcement date to ensure the quality of the offered medication meets the specified standards.
