สำนักงาน กปร. เปิดประมูลโครงการประเมินผลโครงการบรรเทาอุทกภัยเมืองจันทบุรีอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ “คลองภักดีรำไพ” มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลโครงการ, การดำเนินงาน, ผลสัมฤทธิ์, ปัญหาอุปสรรค, และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการในด้านต่างๆ ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และการบริหารจัดการน้ำ ผู้สนใจจะต้องเป็นสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐ หรือหน่วยงานราชการที่มีสถานที่ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี หรือพื้นที่ภาคกลาง และมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลโครงการ, จัดทำแผนงาน, จัดเก็บข้อมูล, วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, จัดประชุม/สัมมนา 2 ครั้ง, จัดทำรายงานการประเมินผล (ฉบับร่างและฉบับสมบูรณ์), ออกแบบและจัดพิมพ์รายงาน 200 เล่ม, พร้อมจัดทำไฟล์ข้อมูลในรูปแบบต่างๆ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 12 เดือน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท การประเมินจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา 10% และเกณฑ์ด้านเทคนิค 90%

The Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) is inviting bids for the evaluation of the flood mitigation project in Chanthaburi, “Klong Phakdee Rampaip”. The main objectives are to study project information, operations, outcomes, problems, obstacles, and propose guidelines for project development in various aspects, including economy, society, environment, and water management. Interested parties must be government educational institutions or government agencies located in Chanthaburi province or the central region, and have relevant experience with royal projects. The contractor must conduct research and collect project data, develop a work plan, collect data, analyze data, hold 2 meetings/seminars, prepare an evaluation report (draft and final), design and print 200 copies of the report, and prepare data files in various formats. The project duration is 12 months from the date of contract signing, with a budget of 1,000,000 baht. The evaluation will use a price criterion of 10% and a technical criterion of 90%.
