โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานแห่งใหม่ให้แก่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางพระ เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานและให้บริการประชาชน โดยขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมงานโครงสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม และงานระบบต่างๆ อย่างครบถ้วน
งานโครงสร้างประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างฐานราก เสา คาน พื้น ค.ส.ล. ซึ่งใช้วัสดุคอนกรีตและเหล็กเสริมที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. รวมถึงการสำรวจชั้นดินเพื่อออกแบบฐานรากที่เหมาะสม
งานสถาปัตยกรรมประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างผนังโดยใช้อิฐมวลเบา, การฉาบปูน, การทาสีทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร, การติดตั้งพื้นกระเบื้อง, การติดตั้งฝ้าเพดานยิปซัมบอร์ด, และการติดตั้งบัวเชิงผนังและบัวฝ้า
งานระบบประกอบด้วยระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง, ระบบสุขาภิบาล, และระบบระบายอากาศ นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานภายนอกอาคาร เช่น ทางเท้าคอนกรีต, ระแนงบังแสงอลูมิเนียม และงานสีภายนอก
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามแบบและรายการละเอียดที่กำหนด และหากมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อขัดแย้งต้องประสานงานกับคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุหรือผู้ควบคุมงานเพื่อให้ได้ข้อยุติก่อนดำเนินการ
This project aims to construct a new office building for the Bang Phra Subdistrict Administration Organization. The scope of work includes structural, architectural, and system works.
The structural work includes the construction of foundations, columns, beams, and reinforced concrete floors using TIS standard materials. Soil surveys are required for foundation design.
The architectural work includes constructing walls using lightweight concrete blocks, plastering, painting both interior and exterior, installing tile flooring, gypsum board ceilings, and installing wall and ceiling moldings.
The system work includes electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems. Exterior work includes concrete sidewalks, aluminum sunshades, and exterior painting.
The contractor must follow the specified drawings and details. Any doubts or conflicts must be resolved with the procurement committee or supervisor before proceeding.
