This document is a Terms of Reference (TOR) for the procurement of student toolkits for vocational students (Por.Chor.1) in the academic year 2024, covering 16 vocational fields. These include automotive mechanics, machine shop, welding, electrical power, electronics, construction, architecture, civil engineering, computer technician, accounting, marketing, digital business technology, foreign languages for service businesses, food and nutrition, hospitality, and digital graphics. Each field has a different number of toolkits. Each toolkit consists of specialized equipment necessary for teaching and learning in that particular field, such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, vernier calipers, multimeters, and drafting tools. Bidders must provide tools that meet the specifications outlined in this document and must be of standard quality, with the specified warranty.
