โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อสายสวนสำหรับตรวจภายในหัวใจหรือหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ด้วยการถ่ายภาพคลื่นเสียงสะท้อน จำนวน 40 เส้น เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการทำหัตถการขยายหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับกลุ่มงานอายุรศาสตร์หัวใจ สถาบันโรคทรวงอก

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและส่งมอบสายสวนที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น ต้องสามารถใช้ได้กับ Guide Wire ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 0.014 นิ้ว และ Guiding Catheter ขนาดตั้งแต่ 5 Fr. ขึ้นไป นอกจากนี้ สายสวนต้องมี Transducer ความถี่ 20 MHz หรือ 45 MHz และสามารถให้ภาพแบบ Digital หรือ Rotational ได้

ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยแบ่งการส่งมอบเป็น 2 งวด และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี หากสินค้ามีความชำรุดบกพร่องจากการบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือการขนส่ง ผู้ขายจะต้องทำการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้โดยไม่คิดมูลค่า

This project aims to procure 40 units of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) catheters for coronary artery imaging, intended for use in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures at the Division of Cardiology, Thailand National Heart Institute.

The scope of work includes supplying and delivering catheters that meet specific requirements, such as compatibility with Guide Wires of at least 0.014 inches and Guiding Catheters of 5 Fr. or larger. The catheters must also have a Transducer frequency of 20 MHz or 45 MHz and be capable of producing Digital or Rotational images.

The supplier is required to deliver the products by September 30, 2025, in two installments, and provide a warranty against defects for a minimum period of 1 year. The supplier is also responsible for replacing any products found to be defective due to packaging or transportation issues at no additional cost.
