รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อชุดน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ความสมบูรณ์ของเม็ดเลือดทางโลหิตวิทยาจำนวน 60,000 Tests และชุดน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ตะกอนปัสสาวะรวมแถบวิเคราะห์สารเคมีในปัสสาวะจำนวน 16,000 Tests สำหรับกลุ่มงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลกลาง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อจัดหาน้ำยาและเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่สามารถตรวจหาความสมบูรณ์ของเม็ดเลือด (Complete Blood Count : CBC) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการตรวจนับจำนวนเม็ดเลือดแดง เม็ดเลือดขาว เกล็ดเลือด และนับแยกชนิดเม็ดเลือดขาวในเลือดครบส่วน (Whole blood) สามารถนับจำนวนเม็ดเลือดขาว เม็ดเลือดแดง และนับแยกชนิดเม็ดเลือดขาวจากสารน้ำในร่างกาย (Body fluid) พร้อมทั้งตรวจนับเรติคูโลไซส์ (Reticulocyte count) อีกทั้งตรวจวิเคราะห์ตะกอนปัสสาวะเพื่อแยกเซลล์ชนิดต่าง ๆ ร่วมกับการตรวจวิเคราะห์สารเคมีในปัสสาวะ ได้แก่ pH, Leucocytes, Nitrite, Bilirubin, Ketone, Glucose, Protein, Blood, Urobilinogen ในสิ่งส่งตรวจผู้ป่วยจากหน่วยงานหอผู้ป่วยใน และคลินิกบริการผู้ป่วยนอก
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ความชำนาญในการดูแลและติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์และระบบสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องได้รับการรับรองจาก USFDA หรือ CE mark และผ่านการขึ้นทะเบียนกับคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข
This project aims to procure 60,000 tests of hematology blood analyzer reagent kits and 16,000 tests of urine sediment analyzer kits including urine chemistry analysis strips for the Medical Technology Group, Klang Hospital. The objective is to acquire reagents and analyzers for Complete Blood Count (CBC) tests, including red blood cell, white blood cell, and platelet counts, as well as white blood cell differentiation in whole blood. The system should also be capable of counting white blood cells, red blood cells, and differentiating white blood cells from body fluids, along with reticulocyte counts. Additionally, it includes urine sediment analysis to identify various cell types and urine chemistry analysis for pH, Leucocytes, Nitrite, Bilirubin, Ketone, Glucose, Protein, Blood, and Urobilinogen in patient specimens from inpatient wards and outpatient clinics. Bidders must have the qualifications and expertise to maintain and install analyzers and related support systems. Products must be certified by USFDA or CE mark and registered with the Thai Food and Drug Administration.
