สำนักงานผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดินเปิดรับสมัครผู้ให้บริการจัดงานสัมมนาวิชาการเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 25 ปี ภายใต้แนวคิด “25 ปี ผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดิน : เพื่อความเป็นธรรมของแผ่นดิน Pathway to Fairness for All” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่บทบาทหน้าที่ ผลการดำเนินงาน และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ของสำนักงานให้เป็นที่รู้จักต่อสาธารณชน รวมถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายต่างๆ เช่น ภาคประชาชน นักวิชาการ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ และสื่อมวลชน

งานนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ (1) พิธีเปิดและการประชุมสัมมนาวิชาการในวันที่ 24 เมษายน 2568 (2) กิจกรรมเสวนาในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2568 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “25 ปี ผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดิน : เสริมสร้างธรรมาภิบาล เพื่อความเป็นธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน” และ (3) งานนิทรรศการในระหว่างวันที่ 24-25 เมษายน 2568 ภายใต้หัวข้อต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดิน

ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องดำเนินการบริหารจัดการ เตรียมความพร้อม อำนวยความสะดวก ประชาสัมพันธ์ และจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงานสัมมนาและนิทรรศการ รวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ เช่น ระบบล่ามแปลภาษา ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต และระบบถ่ายทอดสด นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ และสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน

ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานตั้งแต่การเตรียมงานจนถึงการส่งมอบงานสรุปผลภายใน 30 วันทำการหลังวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2568 งบประมาณในการดำเนินงาน 1,200,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)

The Office of the Ombudsman is inviting bids for a service provider to organize an academic seminar to commemorate its 25th anniversary, under the theme “25 Years of the Ombudsman: Pathway to Fairness for All.” The objective is to publicize and disseminate the role, duties, performance results, and knowledge development of the Office to the public, as well as to target groups such as the public, academics, government agencies, international organizations, and the media.

The event consists of three main activities: (1) An opening ceremony and academic seminar on April 24, 2025; (2) A seminar activity on April 25, 2025, under the theme “25 Years of the Ombudsman: Strengthening Good Governance for Sustainable Fairness”; and (3) An exhibition from April 24-25, 2025, covering various topics related to the Ombudsman.

The service provider must manage, prepare, facilitate, publicize, and provide all necessary equipment for the seminar and exhibition, including the provision and installation of systems such as interpretation services, internet access, and live broadcasting. They must also produce various promotional materials and summarize the results of the operation.

The project duration is from the preparation stage to the delivery of the final report within 30 working days after April 25, 2025. The budget for the project is 1,200,000 baht (including VAT).
