โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างตัดเย็บเครื่องแบบสนามแบบกระเป๋าเจาะพร้อมเครื่องหมาย จำนวน 4,314 ชุด งบประมาณ 4,606,430 บาท เพื่อสนับสนุนกำลังพลของกองกำลังนเรศวรที่ปฏิบัติภารกิจป้องกันประเทศและป้องกันชายแดน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีอาชีพรับจ้างตัดเย็บชุด หรือเครื่องแบบข้าราชการต่างๆ มีผลงานในการตัดเย็บชุด หรือเครื่องแบบข้าราชการต่างๆ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่าครั้งละ 500,000 บาท และรวมทั้งปีงบประมาณในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และเป็นคู่สัญญาโดยตรงกับทางราชการ ต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 45 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ คลังเก็บรักษาสิ่งอุปกรณ์ กองกำลังนเรศวร ค่ายวชิรปราการ จังหวัดตาก ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องไปทำการวัดตัว และลองตัวเพื่อทำการตัดเย็บเป็นรายบุคคล ณ สถานที่ตามที่กำหนด

This project is for the procurement of 4,314 sets of field uniforms with pocket design and insignia, with a budget of 4,606,430 baht. The uniforms are for supporting personnel of Naresuan Force in their missions of national defense and border protection. Bidders must meet legal requirements, not be bankrupt, not be suspended from bidding, and be registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. Bidders must be in the business of tailoring official uniforms, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tailoring official uniforms with a value of no less than 500,000 baht per project and 1,000,000 baht per fiscal year, and must be a direct contractual party with a government agency. They must also have a net worth as specified and use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value. Delivery is scheduled within 45 days from the contract signing date at the Naresuan Force Equipment Storage Warehouse, Wachiraprakarn Camp, Tak Province. The winning bidder must have individual measurements and fittings done at a designated location.
