โครงการนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยการประปานครหลวง (กปน.) เพื่อรณรงค์การใช้น้ำอย่างรู้คุณค่าในกลุ่มนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในพื้นที่ให้บริการของ กปน. ภายใต้แนวคิด “ยอดน้ำ & เฟรนด์” และ “Quality Water for Quality Living ประปาคุณภาพ เพื่อชีวิตที่ดี” ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบรูปแบบการประกวด, สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (โปสเตอร์และคลิปวิดีโอ), เชิญชวนโรงเรียนเข้าร่วม, จัดการคัดเลือกและตัดสินผลงาน, จัดพิธีมอบรางวัล, และประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ต่างๆ

This project is organized by the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) to promote the responsible use of water among secondary school students in the MWA’s service area. The project, under the concept “Yod Nam & Friends” and “Quality Water for Quality Living”, requires the contractor to design a contest format, create promotional materials (posters and videos), invite schools to participate, manage the selection and judging of entries, organize an award ceremony, and promote the project through various online media channels.
