โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ Policy Research Platform (PRP) ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ที่รองรับสองภาษา (ไทยและอังกฤษ) เพื่อรวบรวมและเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย ผลงานทางวิชาการ สื่อความรู้ และข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการต่อต้านการทุจริตของสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัยไปสู่การกำหนดแนวทางและนโยบายต่อต้านการทุจริตอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เว็บไซต์จะต้องมีระบบการจัดการเนื้อหาที่ครบถ้วน, ระบบการค้นหาข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ, ระบบจัดการผู้ใช้งานหลายระดับ (ผู้ดูแลระบบ, สมาชิก, ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป), ระบบจัดการ FAQ, ปฏิทินออนไลน์, และระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ (Google Analytics) โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท การประเมินข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา (30%) และข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค (70%) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล และต้องจัดทำคู่มือและอบรมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.

This project aims to develop a Policy Research Platform (PRP) website, supporting both Thai and English languages, to collect and disseminate research findings, academic works, knowledge media, and information related to anti-corruption from the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) and other relevant agencies, both domestic and international. The primary objective is to link knowledge, empirical evidence, and recommendations from research to the formulation of concrete anti-corruption guidelines and policies. The website must include comprehensive content management systems, efficient data search systems, multi-level user management systems (system administrators, members, general users), FAQ management, an online calendar, and website traffic analysis (Google Analytics). The project has a duration of 150 days from the contract signing date and a budget of 1,000,000 Baht. The proposal evaluation will consider the price (30%) and technical proposals (70%). Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, comply with data security requirements, and provide manuals and training on website usage to PACC officials.
