โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อพร้อมตอกเสาเข็มคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กอัดแรงหล่อสำเร็จ ขนาดต่างๆ จำนวน 9 รายการ สำหรับกิจกรรมประตูระบายน้ำเหมืองหม่ำ พร้อมส่วนประกอบอื่น ณ ตำบลควนขนุน อำเภอเขาชัยสน จังหวัดพัทลุง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้สำหรับก่อสร้างกิจกรรมประตูระบายน้ำดังกล่าว โครงการมีงบประมาณ 7,785,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ ฯลฯ ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาเสาเข็ม การตอกเสาเข็ม รวมถึงการทดสอบการรับน้ำหนักของเสาเข็มด้วยวิธีพลศาสตร์ (Dynamic Load Test) ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานภายใน 210 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะจ่ายเมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนและได้รับการตรวจรับแล้ว ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี การพิจารณาผู้ชนะใช้วิธีราคา และมีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบงานล่าช้า อัตรา 0.20% ต่อวันของราคาสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบ

The project’s objective is the construction of the water gate and associated components. The budget allocated is 7,785,000 baht. Bidders must meet the legal requirements, such as having legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being in the process of liquidation, etc. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of piles, as well as dynamic load testing. Contractors must complete delivery within 210 days from the contract signing date. Payments will be made upon complete delivery and inspection. The seller must provide a warranty for defects for no less than 1 year. The winner will be selected based on price, and penalties apply for late delivery at a rate of 0.20% per day of the undelivered items’ price.
