โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อรถโดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) จำนวน 4 คัน เพื่อนำไปใช้งานราชการ โดยมีข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่สำคัญหลายประการ ได้แก่ รถต้องมีเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 cc หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 กิโลวัตต์, ระบบเกียร์ธรรมดาหรือเกียร์อัตโนมัติ, ระบบช่วงล่างและระบบความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานโรงงานผู้ผลิต, ห้องโดยสารต้องมีเบาะนั่ง 12 ที่นั่ง, และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานครบถ้วน ทั้งภายในและภายนอกรถ รวมถึงฟิล์มกรองแสง, เซ็นเซอร์กะระยะถอย, อุปกรณ์ประจำรถ, การพ่นสี, ตราสัญลักษณ์, และการเคลือบสารกันสนิม

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีสำนักงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครหรือปริมณฑล, เป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรง, มียี่ห้อรถที่เสนอขายมีโชว์รูมหรือศูนย์บริการไม่น้อยกว่า 30 แห่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล, และมีหนังสือรับรองการสำรองอะไหล่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีเงื่อนไขการรับประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร (แล้วแต่ระยะใดถึงก่อน) และต้องส่งมอบรถยนต์ภายใน 180 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This project is for the procurement of 4 units of 12-seater diesel passenger vehicles. Key technical specifications include a diesel engine with a minimum displacement of 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 90 kW, manual or automatic transmission, suspension and safety systems according to manufacturer standards, a passenger compartment with 12 seats, and complete standard equipment, both inside and outside the vehicle, including window tinting film, reversing sensors, vehicle accessories, paint, logos, and anti-rust coating.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as having an office in Bangkok or the surrounding provinces, being a manufacturer or a direct distributor, having the brand of the vehicle offered with showrooms or service centers in at least 30 locations in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, and possessing a certificate of spare parts reservation for no less than 5 years. There are also warranty conditions for the vehicle’s quality for no less than 3 years or 100,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), and the vehicles must be delivered within 180 days from the date of signing the contract.
