สายสวนเพื่อการขยายหลอดเลือดแดงส่วนปลายเลี้ยงไตตีบด้วยขดลวด แบบขยายด้วยบอลลูน (Balloon Expandable Stent System) ออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้เทคนิคแรพิด เอ็กซ์เชนจ์ (Rapid Exchange, RX) ทำให้ใช้งานง่ายด้วยบุคลากรเพียงคนเดียว สามารถเปลี่ยนบอลลูนได้สะดวก ขดลวดทำจากโคบอลโครเมียม (CoCr) L605 ตัดด้วยเลเซอร์ มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง แข็งแรง ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ได้ดี และเห็นได้ชัดเจนเมื่อถ่ายภาพรังสี สามารถใช้ได้กับท่อนำ Guiding Catheter ขนาด 6F หรือ Sheath ขนาด 5F มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางและความยาวของขดลวดให้เลือกหลายขนาด ตั้งแต่ 4.0 มม. ถึง 7.0 มม. และความยาว 12 มม. ถึง 18 มม. การวางขดลวดบนบอลลูนใช้เทคโนโลยี GRIPTM ทำให้ขดลวดยึดเกาะแน่นหนา บอลลูนทำจากวัสดุ XCELONIM มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง ทนแรงดันได้ดี มีตัวบ่งตำแหน่ง (Balloon marker) ที่ปลายทั้งสองด้าน ช่วยให้กำหนดตำแหน่งในการขยายขดลวดได้แม่นยำ ท่อของบอลลูนแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วนเพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกในการใช้งาน
Balloon Expandable Stent System for peripheral renal artery stenosis. This catheter uses Rapid Exchange (RX) technology to expand narrowed renal arteries with a cobalt-chromium (CoCr) L605 stent. The stent is highly flexible, strong, and provides optimal coverage. It is compatible with 6F Guiding Catheters or 5F Sheaths and is available in various sizes. The stent is made of Cobalt-Chromium L605 and features high flexibility and radial strength. GRIPTM technology ensures secure stent adhesion to the balloon. The XCELONIM balloon is highly flexible and pressure resistant, with balloon markers for accurate placement. Various stent sizes are available (4.0 mm to 7.0 mm diameter, 12 mm to 18 mm length).
