โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานและสิ่งก่อสร้างประกอบอื่นๆ ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาระบบส่งและจำหน่าย ระยะที่ 2 (ปรับปรุง) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานและรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงาน, อาคารสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานแก้ไขกระแสไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง, อาคารโรงเก็บพร้อมสำนักงาน, โครงหลังคาคลุมลาน, ลานจอดรถ, เสาธง, และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบและข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR รวมถึงมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม การส่งมอบงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่ยอมรับได้ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้รับจ้างจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติ, ประสบการณ์, และข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคและราคาที่เหมาะสม

This project involves the construction of an office building and associated structures under the Power Transmission and Distribution System Development Project Phase 2 (Revised). The objective is to enhance operational efficiency and accommodate future expansion. The scope of work includes the construction of an office building, a building for staff handling power outage repairs, a storage building with office space, a canopy over the yard, a parking lot, a flagpole, and other related works. The contractor must comply with the drawings and technical specifications outlined in the TOR, as well as safety and environmental standards. Deliverables must meet deadlines and acceptable quality standards. The selection of the contractor will be based on qualifications, experience, and suitable technical and price proposals.
