โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่าใช้บริการระบบวิเคราะห์และเฝ้าระวังจากระยะไกลในกลุ่มนิคมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นที่มาบตาพุด (MTP Complex) ซึ่งครอบคลุมนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด, ผาแดง, ดับบลิวเอชเอตะวันออก (มาบตาพุด), เอเชีย, อาร์ไอแอล และท่าเรืออุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องจัดหา ติดตั้ง และให้บริการระบบฯ ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 60 เดือน. ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการสำรวจพื้นที่, จัดหาอุปกรณ์ (ฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์), ติดตั้งเสาสูงพร้อมฐานราก, เดินสายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสง, และติดตั้งระบบตามจุดที่กำหนด (3 จุด) พร้อมทั้งการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไข, การปรับปรุงยกระดับ, และการฝึกอบรมบุคลากรของ กนอ. ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติและส่งมอบงานตามที่ระบุใน TOR, รวมถึงเอกสารทางเทคนิคและแผนการดำเนินงาน

This project aims to rent a remote analysis and monitoring system for the industrial estate area in Map Ta Phut (MTP Complex), including Map Ta Phut, Pha Daeng, WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut), Asia, RIL, and Map Ta Phut Industrial Port. The service provider must procure, install, and service the system throughout the 60-month contract period. The scope of work includes site surveys, procurement of equipment (hardware/software), installation of high masts with foundations, laying fiber optic cables, and system installation at designated points (3 points), as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and training of IEAT personnel. Bidders must meet the qualifications and deliver work as specified in the TOR, including technical documents and work plans.
