โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้รับจ้างดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารซ่อมบำรุงพัสดุ ตามแบบเลขที่ 9543 ของกองแบบแผน สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งประกอบด้วยแบบเลขที่ 9539 จำนวน 40 แผ่น, รายการทั่วไปประกอบแบบก่อสร้างอาคาร, เอกสารเลขที่ ข.14/ม.ค./32 และเอกสารอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้ถูกต้องตามรูปแบบ รายการ และสัญญา รวมถึงการจัดหาช่างฝีมือดีและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพดีเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงอย่างสมบูรณ์ทุกประการ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมงานสถาปัตยกรรม เช่น แปลนพื้น, รูปด้าน, แบบขยายประตูหน้าต่าง, งานครุภัณฑ์, งานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง, งานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เช่น ระบบแสงสว่าง, ระบบเต้ารับ, ระบบสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ และงานสุขาภิบาล เช่น การเดินท่อระบบสุขาภิบาล, การติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์, และถังเก็บน้ำ

This project aims to construct a maintenance and supply building according to drawing number 9543 of the Division of Architecture, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health. The contractor must construct according to the specified formats, details, and contract, including providing skilled technicians and quality equipment for complete project execution. The scope of work covers architectural work such as floor plans, elevations, door and window details, equipment work, structural engineering work, electrical engineering work such as lighting systems, outlet systems, fire alarm systems, and sanitary engineering work such as plumbing, sanitary equipment installation, and water storage tanks.
