โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุการเกษตรจำนวน 3 รายการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสัตว์น้ำในแหล่งน้ำชุมชน (แหล่งน้ำปิด ขนาด 10-60 ไร่) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี (47 แห่ง) และจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู (40 แห่ง) เพื่อเพิ่มอาหารธรรมชาติและสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชน โดยวัสดุการเกษตรที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วย ฟางอัดก้อน ปุ๋ยคอก และปูนขาว ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และต้องส่งมอบวัสดุ ณ แหล่งน้ำต่างๆ ในจังหวัดอุดรธานีและหนองบัวลำภู ภายใน 210 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา โดยมีการแบ่งงวดการส่งมอบตามใบสั่งซื้อจากศูนย์วิจัยฯ อุดรธานี การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะใช้วิธีการประเมินราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการเสนอราคาควรศึกษาขอบเขตงาน (TOR) และรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของวัสดุแต่ละรายการอย่างละเอียด เพื่อให้การเสนอราคาเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

This project is an e-bidding process for the procurement of 3 agricultural materials. The objective is to increase aquatic animal production in community water sources (closed water sources, size 10-60 rai) in Udon Thani (47 locations) and Nong Bua Lamphu (40 locations) provinces to increase natural food sources and generate income for the community. The procured agricultural materials include straw bales, manure, and lime. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and deliver the materials to various water sources in Udon Thani and Nong Bua Lamphu provinces within 210 days after signing the contract, with delivery installments based on purchase orders from the Udon Thani Research Center. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on the lowest price. Interested bidders should carefully study the Terms of Reference (TOR) and detailed specifications of each item to ensure that the bidding is accurate and complete according to the specified conditions.
