สถาบันส่งเสริมการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (สสวท.) มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ค้นหาเส้นทาง (Router) และอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายหลัก (Core Switch) เพื่อทดแทนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ใช้งานมานานกว่า 7 ปี และได้รับการประกาศ End of Life จากผู้ผลิต ทำให้ไม่มีอะไหล่สำรอง และอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเครือข่ายโดยรวม
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือ เพื่อให้ระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในการให้บริการระบบเครือข่ายและระบบงานสารสนเทศของ สสวท. สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ และรองรับการดำเนินงานตามแผนแม่บทภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ Router จำนวน 1 เครื่อง และ Core Switch จำนวน 2 เครื่อง โดยมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ให้แล้วเสร็จ พร้อมใช้งานภายใน 60 วัน หลังลงนามในสัญญา รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการรับประกันสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานประเภทเดียวกัน และมีบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย
The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) needs to purchase a Router and Core Switch to replace the old devices that have been in use for more than 7 years and have been announced End of Life by the manufacturer, resulting in no spare parts.
The main objective of this procurement is to ensure that the infrastructure for providing network and information systems services of IPST can operate continuously, stably, and support operations under the national strategy master plan.
The scope of work consists of procuring 1 Router and 2 Core Switches with the technical specifications outlined in the TOR. Bidders must complete the installation of the equipment and make it ready for use within 60 days after signing the contract, including preventive maintenance and a 3-year product warranty.
Bidders must meet the legal requirements, have experience in similar projects, and have personnel with expertise in network installation and management.
