โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาบริการทำความสะอาดภายในโรงพยาบาลตะกั่วป่า เพื่อให้มีความสะอาด เรียบร้อย และถูกสุขอนามัย ซึ่งเหมาะสมต่อการเป็นสถานที่ให้บริการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มีผู้เข้ามารับบริการเป็นจำนวนมาก ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล เช่น อาคารผู้ป่วยนอก อาคารอำนวยการ หอผู้ป่วยพิเศษสงฆ์ หอผู้ป่วยพิเศษประชาสามัคคี และพื้นที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม จัดหาอุปกรณ์และน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด โครงการมีระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดรายเดือนตามผลงานที่ได้ตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว

This project involves contracting cleaning services within Takua Pa Hospital for a period of 1 year. The scope of work includes cleaning various areas within the hospital such as the Outpatient Department building, Administration building, Special Monk Patient Ward, Pracha Samakkhi Special Patient Ward, and other related areas. The contractor is required to provide qualified personnel, procure standard quality equipment and cleaning solutions, and strictly adhere to the conditions specified in the TOR. The project duration is 1 year, with monthly payments based on completed and inspected work.
