ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้ประกอบการเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาสำหรับการจัดซื้อชุดระบบควบคุม LN2 จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อใช้ในโครงการ “การประเมินความพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติภารกิจในอวกาศ (Space environment testing) ของต้นแบบวิศวกรรมดาวเทียมสำรวจและวิจัยใกล้ผิวโลก TSC-1” ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศของประเทศไทย ภายใต้ความร่วมมือของภาคีความร่วมมืออวกาศไทย (Thai Space Consortium)
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการออกแบบ สร้าง และทดสอบดาวเทียมขนาดเล็กภายในประเทศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการทดสอบความพร้อมของดาวเทียมภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมอวกาศจำลอง
ชุดระบบควบคุม LN2 นี้จะใช้ในการควบคุมสั่งการการทำงานของชุดระบายอุณหภูมิความร้อน ความเย็น และอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบของระบบทดสอบดาวเทียมสำหรับดาวเทียม TSC-1 โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น จอมอนิเตอร์ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ เมาส์ และแป้นพิมพ์ กำหนดไว้ชัดเจน
ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด และยื่นเอกสารเสนอราคาพร้อมแคตตาล็อกของครุภัณฑ์ชุดระบบควบคุม LN2 ที่เสนอ ภายใน 90 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 100,000 บาท

Invitation to entrepreneurs to participate in bidding for the procurement of 1 set of LN2 control system for the project “Space environment testing of the TSC-1 satellite engineering prototype,” which is part of Thailand’s space technology development plan under the cooperation of the Thai Space Consortium.
The objective of this project is to enhance the capability to design, build, and test small satellites domestically, especially testing the readiness of satellites under simulated space environments.
This LN2 control system will be used to control the operation of the heat and cold dissipation unit and accessories of the satellite testing system for the TSC-1 satellite, with specific details of equipment such as monitors, computers, mice, and keyboards clearly defined.
Interested bidders must meet the qualifications and submit a bid along with a catalog of the proposed LN2 control system equipment within 90 days from the date of contract signing, with a budget of 100,000 Baht.
