โครงการปรับปรุงแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต สายภายในหมู่บ้านโนนสาวเอ้ หมู่ที่ 3 มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนชำรุดและปรับปรุงสภาพถนนให้ดีขึ้น เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต กว้าง 4 เมตร ยาว 1,000 เมตร และหนา 0.04 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 4,000 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางที่กำหนด รวมถึงการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศตามอัตราส่วนที่กำหนดใน TOR โดยมีการตรวจสอบจากคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด การดำเนินงานต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

The project involves the improvement of asphaltic concrete pavement on the road within Non Sao-ae Village, Moo 3, Na Phiang Subdistrict, Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. The main objective is to address road deterioration issues and improve road conditions to facilitate convenient and safe transportation for residents. The project includes improving the asphaltic concrete road with a width of 4 meters, a length of 1,000 meters, and a thickness of 0.04 meters, or a total area of not less than 4,000 square meters. The contractor must operate according to the specified road work standards, including the use of domestically produced materials as specified in the TOR. Inspection will be carried out by the inspection committee to ensure compliance with the requirements. The operation must be completed within 60 days from the date of approval.
