รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนนและลดอุบัติเหตุบริเวณทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 ตอน ห้วยทรายใต้ - วังยาว ที่ กม.211+050 โดยการติดตั้งและปรับปรุงระบบไฟสัญญาณจราจรให้มีความทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับสภาพการจราจรในปัจจุบัน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งชุดสัญญาณไฟจราจรแบบ ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL ซึ่งสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนจังหวะการให้สัญญาณไฟตามปริมาณรถที่สัญจรในแต่ละช่วงเวลา เพื่อลดความแออัดและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายรถ
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการติดตั้งเสาไฟสัญญาณจราจร, ตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก, ติดตั้งป้ายเตือนไฟสัญญาณจราจร, และดำเนินการสำรวจปริมาณจราจรเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาปรับตั้งค่าระบบ ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL ให้เหมาะสม ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการออกแบบ, จัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์, ติดตั้ง, ทดสอบระบบ, และบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟสัญญาณจราจรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของกรมทางหลวง รวมถึงการรับประกันคุณภาพงานและอุปกรณ์เป็นระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจราจรและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนได้รับความสะดวกและปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น
This project aims to enhance road safety and reduce accidents on Highway No. 4, section Huai Sai Tai - Wang Yao, at KM 211+050, by installing and upgrading a modern traffic signal system that adapts to current traffic conditions. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of an ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL system, which adjusts signal timing based on real-time traffic volume to reduce congestion and improve traffic flow efficiency.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for installing traffic signal poles, applying thermoplastic road markings, installing traffic signal warning signs, and conducting traffic surveys to collect data for optimizing the ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL system. The contractor is responsible for designing, procuring materials and equipment, installing, testing, and maintaining the traffic signal system in accordance with Department of Highways standards, including quality assurance and equipment warranty for a specified period.
This project focuses on applying modern technology to solve traffic problems and enhance road safety, providing road users with greater convenience and safety.
