โครงการนี้เป็นการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะพร้อมขยายเขตไฟฟ้า ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 1, 2 และ 4 ตำบลวังไม้ขอน อำเภอสวรรคโลก จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มแสงสว่างและความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าพร้อมโคมไฟ LED ประหยัดพลังงาน จำนวน 48 ต้น พร้อมทั้งเชื่อมต่อระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบกราวด์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค และมาตรฐานการติดตั้งทางไฟฟ้าสำหรับประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2564 นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการตามแบบที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัยกำหนด

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคในพื้นที่เพื่อขอแหล่งจ่ายไฟ และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขยายเขตระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ หากมี

โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา และมีการกำหนดคุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา รวมถึงเกณฑ์การประเมินผลงานอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

This project involves the installation of public street lighting and electricity expansion in Moo 1, 2, and 4, Wang Maikhon Subdistrict, Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai Province, by the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO). The objective is to enhance lighting and improve safety in the specified areas.

The scope of work includes the installation of 48 energy-saving LED streetlights and poles, along with connecting electrical and grounding systems according to the standards of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and the Electrical Installation Standards for Thailand B.E. 2564. The contractor is also responsible for creating project signboards as specified by the Sukhothai PAO.

The contractor must coordinate with the local PEA for power supply and bear the costs associated with extending the power distribution system and related fees.

The project has a defined timeline and specifies bidder qualifications and evaluation criteria to ensure efficient execution and achievement of the project’s objectives.
