กรมป่าไม้มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถโดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) จำนวน 5 คัน ด้วยวิธีการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของกรมฯ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ, ไม่มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น และมีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เป็นต้น รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของรถโดยสารที่ต้องการ ได้แก่ รถโดยสารหลังคาสูง เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 กิโลวัตต์ ระบบส่งกำลังแบบเกียร์ธรรมดาหรือเกียร์อัตโนมัติ ระบบห้ามล้อ, ระบบกันสะเทือน, ล้อและยาง, ห้องโดยสาร 12 ที่นั่ง, ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยต่างๆ เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ, ถุงลมนิรภัย, กล้องบันทึกภาพ, สัญญาณกันขโมย, และอุปกรณ์ประจำรถอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องดำเนินการจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์รถยนต์ตามสัญญาต่อกรมการขนส่งทางบก และทำการติดตั้งสัญลักษณ์ตรากรมป่าไม้บนรถยนต์ตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด

The Royal Forest Department is seeking to procure 5 units of 12-seater diesel passenger vehicles via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The purpose is for the department’s operational use. Bidders must meet legal requirements, such as having legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being in the process of dissolving the business, and not having any conflict of interest with other bidders. The detailed specifications include a high-roof passenger vehicle with a diesel engine of at least 2,400 cc displacement or a maximum engine power of at least 90 kilowatts, a manual or automatic transmission system, braking system, suspension system, wheels and tires, a 12-seat cabin, and the installation of various convenience and safety equipment such as air conditioning, airbags, a camera, an anti-theft alarm system, and other vehicle equipment. The winning bidder must register the transfer of ownership of the vehicle to the Department of Land Transport and install the Royal Forest Department’s logo on the vehicle according to the specified design.
