โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบบำบัดน้ำทิ้ง (Reuse Water System) สำหรับอาคารบางกอกซิตี้ ทาวเวอร์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำน้ำทิ้งที่ผ่านการบำบัดแล้วกลับมาใช้ในระบบหอผึ่งเย็น (Cooling Tower) เพื่อประหยัดน้ำประปาและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน LEED O&M ระบบใหม่นี้จะนำน้ำจากบ่อพัก Effluent tank ชั้น B1 มาบำบัดเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพน้ำตามมาตรฐานควบคุมการระบายน้ำทิ้งจากอาคารประเภท ก ตามประกาศกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และมีคุณภาพเทียบเท่าน้ำประปา หรือดีกว่า โดยต้องมีระบบกรองน้ำขั้นต้น (Pretreatment), ระบบกรองละเอียดสูง (Ultra Filtration) และระบบ RO (Reverse Osmosis) หรือระบบอื่น ๆ ที่ดีกว่า ระบบต้องสามารถผลิตน้ำได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 50 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อวัน และทำงานต่อเนื่อง 24 ชั่วโมง ระบบต้องมีการติดตั้งมิเตอร์วัดปริมาณน้ำเข้า-ออกจากระบบ และมีตู้ควบคุมระบบไฟฟ้าที่ได้มาตรฐาน พร้อมทั้งมีการบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี

The project aims to purchase and install a wastewater treatment system (Reuse Water System) for the Bangkok City Tower, with the objective of recycling treated wastewater for use in the Cooling Tower system. This initiative aims to conserve tap water and align with LEED O&M standards. The new system will treat water from the Effluent tank on floor B1 to meet the wastewater discharge standards for type A buildings, as per the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment regulations, and to achieve water quality equivalent to or better than tap water. It includes pretreatment, Ultra Filtration, and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The system must produce at least 50 cubic meters of water per day, operate continuously for 24 hours, include water flow meters, a standard electrical control panel, and maintenance for 2 years.
