โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อ Universal fuse link, type K จำนวน 2 รายการ ได้แก่ ขนาด 15A (จำนวน 7,000 เส้น) และขนาด 25A (จำนวน 7,000 เส้น) โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตาม Specification No. 614 (11-2016) ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องระบุรายละเอียดต่างๆ เช่น ยี่ห้อ, ชื่อผู้ผลิต, รุ่น, และประเทศผู้ผลิต สินค้าที่เสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐาน IEEE C37.42-2009 หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่เทียบเท่า และผ่านการทดสอบตามที่กำหนด ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องส่งมอบสินค้าภายใน 90 วันหลังจากลงนามในสัญญา ณ คลังพัสดุ กองคลังพัสดุ ฝ่ายพัสดุ ของ กฟน. นอกจากนี้ กฟน. ได้จัดทำ Short list พิกัดและรายชื่อผู้ผลิต Universal fuse link, type K, with removable-button-head หากผู้เสนอราคารายใดเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อยู่ใน Short list จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the procurement of Universal fuse link, type K, in 2 items: 15A (7,000 pieces) and 25A (7,000 pieces). The specifications are detailed in the MEA’s Specification No. 614 (11-2016). Bidders must provide details such as brand, manufacturer, model, and country of origin. The proposed products must meet IEEE C37.42-2009 standards or equivalent and pass the specified tests. The successful bidder must deliver the goods within 90 days after signing the contract at the MEA’s warehouse. The MEA has also created a Short list of manufacturers; bidders offering products from this list will receive special consideration.
