โครงการจ้างเหมาผลิตและดำเนินการเผยแพร่การประชาสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมการตลาดผ่านสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 ของสำนักงานสถานธนานุบาลกรุงเทพมหานคร (โรงรับจำนำ กทม.) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร, นโยบาย, ภารกิจ, และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของโรงรับจำนำ กทม. ไปยังประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึงและโปร่งใส รวมถึงการปรับปรุงและบริหารจัดการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของโรงรับจำนำ กทม. ให้ทันสมัยและตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งสื่อออนไลน์ (Viral Clip, Vlog, Motion Graphic, Infographic, Content) และออฟไลน์ (โฆษณาบนรถโดยสารประจำทาง, ของที่ระลึก) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องวางแผนการผลิตและเผยแพร่สื่อ, บริหารจัดการ Facebook Fanpage, และจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานอย่างละเอียด การประเมินผลจะพิจารณาทั้งด้านราคาและข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค โดยเน้นที่ประสบการณ์, คุณภาพของผลงาน, และความนิยมของช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ที่จะใช้เผยแพร่ เป้าหมายสำคัญคือการเพิ่มการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรงรับจำนำ กทม. ในหมู่ประชาชน และเพิ่มจำนวนผู้ติดตาม Facebook Fanpage

The 2025 fiscal year project for the production and dissemination of public relations and marketing through online and offline media of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s Pawnshop Office (KTM Pawnshop) aims to publicize information, policies, missions, and activities of the KTM Pawnshop to the public thoroughly and transparently. This includes improving and managing the KTM Pawnshop’s social media to be modern and responsive to the needs of the public. The project covers the production of various public relations media, both online (Viral Clip, Vlog, Motion Graphic, Infographic, Content) and offline (bus advertisements, souvenirs). The contractor will plan the production and dissemination of media, manage the Facebook Fanpage, and prepare detailed performance reports. The evaluation will consider both price and technical proposals, focusing on experience, quality of work, and the popularity of online media channels to be used for dissemination. The main goal is to increase awareness and understanding of the KTM Pawnshop among the public and increase the number of Facebook Fanpage followers.
