ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารสำคัญ เช่น สำเนาใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยา, เอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิตยาตามหลักเกณฑ์ PIC/S, ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสําเร็จรูปและวัตถุดิบ รวมถึงส่งตัวอย่างยาอย่างน้อย ๑ vial เพื่อทดสอบด้านกายภาพภายในโรงพยาบาล

ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันคุณภาพยา โดยมีอายุยาไม่เกิน ๑ ปีนับจากวันที่ผลิต และต้องส่งมอบยาภายใน ๑๕ วันหลังลงนามรับใบสั่งซื้อ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายยินยอมให้ผู้ซื้อยกเลิกสัญญาก่อนกำหนด หากยาถูกตัดออกจากบัญชีโรงพยาบาล, ผลการรักษาไม่ดี, หรือพบปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการรักษาผู้ป่วย

Bidders must submit documents such as a copy of the drug registration certificate, a certificate of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards according to PIC/S principles, and results of quality analysis of finished drug products and raw materials, as well as submit at least 1 vial of the drug sample for physical testing within the hospital.

The seller must guarantee the quality of the drug, with a shelf life of no more than 1 year from the date of manufacture, and must deliver the drug within 15 days after signing the purchase order. In addition, the seller agrees that the buyer may terminate the contract prematurely if the drug is removed from the hospital’s formulary, the treatment results are not good, or problems are found that affect patient care.
