ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาเครื่องที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น น้ำหนักเบา ขนาดกะทัดรัด มีระบบเขย่าที่ทำให้เลือดผสมกับน้ำยาได้ดี มีหน้าจอแสดงผลที่ใช้งานง่าย สามารถตั้งโปรแกรมการใช้งานได้ มีระบบเตือนเมื่ออัตราการไหลของเลือดผิดปกติ มีระบบ clamp ควบคุมการไหลของเลือดเพื่อความปลอดภัย และสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์ภายนอกเพื่อถ่ายโอนข้อมูลได้

The objective of this project is to procure an automatic blood bag weighing and mixing device for Sappasit Prasong Hospital to enhance the efficiency of blood collection. The device must be capable of automatically weighing and mixing blood bags to ensure proper mixing of blood with anticoagulant, while also displaying the volume of blood collected.

The scope of work includes procuring a device with specified features such as being lightweight, compact, having a mixing system that effectively mixes blood with the anticoagulant, having a user-friendly display screen, being able to set up usage programs, having an alarm system for abnormal blood flow rates, having a clamp system to control blood flow for safety, and being able to connect to external devices for data transfer.

Bidders must meet specified qualifications such as being an authorized distributor appointed by the manufacturer. The manufacturer must be certified with GMP or ISO 9001 standards, and the product must comply with AABB, European Medical Device Directive or CE Mark, and ISO 13485 standards.
