สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างปรับปรุงตกแต่งภายในห้องประชุม จำนวน 6 ห้อง ณ ศูนย์ราชการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษาฯ ชั้น 10 และ 11 เพื่อให้ห้องประชุมสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รองรับการจัดประชุม อบรม สัมมนา และกิจกรรมต่างๆ รวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย โดยมุ่งเน้นแนวคิดห้องประชุมแบบอัจฉริยะ (Smart Meeting Room) และเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green)

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การศึกษาความต้องการ, การออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน, การเสนอรายละเอียดวัสดุและอุปกรณ์, การดำเนินการปรับปรุงตกแต่งตามแบบ, และการให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดหาระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องนำเสนอแนวคิดและแผนการปรับปรุงที่สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์องค์กร (Corporate Identity: CI) ของ สสว. และแก้ไขปัญหาเสียงก้องสะท้อนภายในห้องประชุม รวมถึงเลือกใช้วัสดุที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในอาคารสำนักงานหรือพื้นที่สาธารณะ, และมีบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านมัณฑนากรหรือการออกแบบภายใน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ โครงการนี้มีกรอบวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,000,000 บาท และระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานตั้งแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญาจนถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568

The Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP) intends to renovate the interior of 6 meeting rooms on the 10th and 11th floors of the 80th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Celebrations Government Complex. The renovation aims to enhance the efficiency and modernity of the meeting rooms, including the installation of audio-visual equipment. The project focuses on the concept of a Smart Meeting Room and environmentally friendly practices.

The scope of work includes studying requirements, interior design, proposing detailed specifications of materials and equipment, executing the renovation according to the design, and collaborating in the procurement of audio-visual systems. Bidders must present concepts and renovation plans that align with OSMEP’s Corporate Identity (CI) and address sound reverberation issues within the meeting rooms, as well as select environmentally friendly materials.

Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have experience in designing the interiors of office buildings or public spaces, and have personnel with expertise in interior design and audio-visual systems. The project has a budget of 2,000,000 baht and a project duration from the contract signing date until September 30, 2025.
