โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างสะพานท่อ ค.ส.ล. (คอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก) จำนวน 4 แห่ง บริเวณถนนสายบ้านนายธงชัย - นายเถลิง หมู่ที่ 4 บ้านดอนบุก ตำบลวัดประดู่ อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยสะพานแต่ละแห่งมีขนาด 4.00 x 6.00 เมตร การดำเนินงานประกอบด้วยการวางท่อ ค.ส.ล., การถมคอสะพานด้วยลูกรัง, การปรับผิวจราจรด้วยหินคลุก, และการติดตั้งเสารับท่อประปา (ถ้ามี) ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบแบบ, วางแผนการทำงานให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน, จัดหาวัสดุที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ, และป้องกันความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของทางราชการและเอกชน รวมถึงการจัดการสาธารณูปโภคที่อาจกีดขวางการก่อสร้าง และติดตั้งป้ายเตือนระหว่างการก่อสร้างเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัย
The project aims to construct 4 reinforced concrete culvert bridges, each measuring 4.00 x 6.00 meters, along Ban Nai Thongchai - Nai Thalerng Road, Moo 4 Ban Don Buk, Wat Pradu Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province. The project includes RCC pipe installation, embankment with laterite soil, road surface adjustment with crushed rock, and installation of water pipe support columns (if any). The contractor is responsible for verifying the design, planning the work according to standards, procuring approved materials, preventing damage to public and private property, managing utilities that may obstruct construction, and installing warning signs during construction for safety.
