สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) โดยภาคีความร่วมมืออวกาศไทย (Thai Space Consortium) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อโมดูล FPGA จำนวน 4 ชิ้น เพื่อนำไปใช้ในโครงการประเมินความพร้อมสำหรับปฏิบัติภารกิจในอวกาศ (Space environment testing) ของต้นแบบวิศวกรรมดาวเทียมสำรวจและวิจัยใกล้ผิวโลก TSC-1 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำต้นแบบของระบบประมวลผลกลางของดาวเทียม TSC-1 ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุดังกล่าว และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง สินค้าที่เสนอจะต้องเป็นสินค้าใหม่ ไม่เคยถูกใช้งานมาก่อน และเป็นของแท้จากผู้ผลิตโดยตรง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีรายงานผลการทดสอบในแต่ละโมดูลเพื่อยืนยันผลการทำงานตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ และต้องแนบเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐาน IEEE 802.3, ISO 11898-2 (CAN 2.0B), และ TIA/EIA-422 พร้อมทั้งแคตตาล็อกที่เป็นทางการจากผู้ผลิตของโมดูล FPGA ที่เสนอขายทั้งหมด โมดูล FPGA ต้องมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารอย่างครบถ้วน โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 300,000 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา

The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization), through the Thai Space Consortium, intends to procure 4 FPGA modules to be used in the Space environment testing project of the TSC-1 satellite engineering prototype. The main objective is to develop a prototype of the TSC-1 satellite’s central processing system. Bidders must be natural persons or legal entities engaged in the sale of such materials and meet the requirements as stipulated by law, including registration in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The offered products must be new, unused, and genuine products directly from the manufacturer. Bidders must provide test reports for each module to verify performance according to the specific characteristics, and must attach certifications for IEEE 802.3, ISO 11898-2 (CAN 2.0B), and TIA/EIA-422 standards, along with official catalogs from the manufacturer of all offered FPGA modules. The FPGA modules must meet the specifications detailed in the document in full. The project has a budget of 300,000 baht, a delivery deadline of 120 days from the contract signing date, and will be evaluated based on price.
