สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเครื่องพิมพ์ต้นแบบชิ้นงานสามมิติ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในโครงการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการสำรวจอวกาศห้วงลึกภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่าง กระทรวง อว. และองค์การบริหารอวกาศแห่งชาติจีน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นศูนย์รวมบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีอวกาศขั้นสูง และเชื่อมโยงการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่สำคัญภายใต้องค์ประกอบด้านวิศวกรรมของประเทศ
เครื่องพิมพ์สามมิติต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น รองรับพลาสติกวิศวกรรมหลากหลายชนิด, มีระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ, ระบบกรองอากาศ, และพื้นที่พิมพ์ที่เหมาะสม ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเสนอสินค้าใหม่ที่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และเป็นของแท้จากผู้ผลิตโดยตรง พร้อมแนบแคตตาล็อกที่ระบุรายละเอียดคุณสมบัติของเครื่องพิมพ์ให้ตรงตามที่กำหนด
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 100,000 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) intends to procure one unit of a 3D printer for prototyping, to be used in the “Infrastructure Development Project for Research and Development of Deep Space Exploration Technology” under the cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and the China National Space Administration. This project aims to be a hub for high-level space technology personnel and to link the development of key technologies within the country’s engineering components.
The 3D printer must meet specified criteria, such as supporting various engineering plastics, having temperature control, an air filtration system, and a suitable printing area. Bidders must offer new and unused products directly from the manufacturer, and attach a catalog detailing the printer’s features that match the specifications.
The selection of bids will be based on price criteria, with a budget of 100,000 baht. Delivery is required within 30 days after signing the contract, and there is a warranty period of 1 year against defects.
