รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อสิทธิ์การใช้งานโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนทางไกล (Zoom Education) จำนวน 45,000 License และ Zoom Large Meeting จำนวน 2 License เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ของนิสิตและอาจารย์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- Zoom Education: จำนวน 45,000 License พร้อมพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลบนระบบ Cloud ของ Zoom อย่างน้อย 21.97 TB
- Zoom Large Meeting: จำนวน 2 License
สิทธิ์การใช้งานทั้งหมดมีระยะเวลา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 เมษายน 2568 ถึงวันที่ 19 เมษายน 2569 ผู้ขายจะต้องให้คำปรึกษาและความช่วยเหลือสำหรับการใช้งานตลอดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว รวมถึงมีคุณสมบัติและฟังก์ชันทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด เช่น รองรับวีดีโอ Full HD, รองรับผู้ใช้งาน 300 อุปกรณ์, การแชร์หน้าจอ, Virtual background, ระบบควบคุมการเรียนการสอน, ระบบบันทึกการเรียนการสอน, ระบบรายงานและ Dashboard, และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย
ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบเอกสารหรือระบบที่แสดงการให้สิทธิ์การใช้งานภายใน 30 วันหลังได้รับการสั่งซื้อ
This project aims to procure licenses for remote learning software (Zoom Education) - 45,000 licenses, along with at least 21.97 TB of cloud storage, and 2 Zoom Large Meeting licenses. This is to support online teaching and learning for students and faculty at Chulalongkorn University. The licenses are valid for 12 months. The supplier must provide consulting and support services throughout the usage period. Deliverables include Zoom Education licenses, Zoom Large Meeting licenses, and necessary documentation.
