ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ จำนวน 2 คัน ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยกรมเจ้าท่า มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้รถยนต์บรรทุกที่มีสมรรถนะตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง กำหนดให้มีการยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-bidding และจะพิจารณาผลการประเมินข้อเสนอตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
Invitation to bid for the purchase of 2 units of 1-ton diesel pickup trucks, double cab, 2-wheel drive, with a cylinder capacity of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, via electronic bidding (e-bidding). Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, not have any conflicts of interest, and be registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. Bids must be submitted through the e-bidding system, and the evaluation results will be considered according to the specified criteria.
