โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารชุดพักอาศัยสำหรับข้าราชการกรมราชทัณฑ์ จำนวน 18 หน่วย พร้อมสิ่งก่อสร้างประกอบ เพื่อเป็นสวัสดิการและขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้มีที่พักอาศัยที่เพียงพอ เหมาะสมกับอัตรากำลัง และสภาพแวดล้อมที่ถูกสุขลักษณะ โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานก่อสร้างบ้านพักข้าราชการกรมราชทัณฑ์ (ฉบับปรับปรุง) พ.ศ. 2568 – 2572 และแผนปฏิบัติราชการกรมราชทัณฑ์ พ.ศ. 2566-2570 ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานสถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร และงานระบบสุขาภิบาล โดยแบ่งงวดงานออกเป็น 24 งวด การจ่ายเงินแต่ละงวดจะพิจารณาจากผลงานที่แล้วเสร็จตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับสิทธิในการยื่นข้อเสนอ และมีประสบการณ์ในการก่อสร้างอาคารในลักษณะเดียวกัน

This project aims to construct a residential apartment building for 18 units of government officers under the Department of Corrections, along with associated constructions. This is intended to provide welfare and morale support for the officers. The objectives include ensuring sufficient and suitable housing that aligns with the workforce size, and creating a hygienic environment. This project complies with the Department of Corrections’ Housing Construction Plan (Revised Edition) B.E. 2568 – 2572 and the Department of Corrections’ Operational Plan B.E. 2566-2570. The scope of work covers architectural work, electrical and communication systems, and sanitary systems, divided into 24 work installments. Payment for each installment will be considered based on the completed work as specified in the TOR. Interested bidders must meet the qualifications prescribed by law, not be suspended from submitting proposals, and have experience in constructing similar buildings.
