โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการผลิตและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าเกษตร โดยการปรับปรุงเส้นทางขนส่งพืชผลทางการเกษตร สายทางแยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 1069 - บ้านเขาโค้ง ตำบลวังสำโรง อำเภอบางมูลนาก จังหวัดพิจิตร ระยะทาง 4.650 กิโลเมตร โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยงานหลักๆ คือ งานเสริมผิวลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต, งานซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (โดยวิธี PAVEMENT IN-PLACE RECYCLING), งานตีเส้นจราจร, งานติดตั้งป้ายจราจรประเภทต่างๆ, และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามรายละเอียดในแบบแปลนและข้อกำหนดของกรมทางหลวงชนบท ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบแปลน รายละเอียดการก่อสร้าง และข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคาอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

This project aims to improve agricultural product transportation routes by upgrading the road surface. The scope of work includes asphalt concrete overlay and asphalt concrete pavement repair (using PAVEMENT IN-PLACE RECYCLING method) over a total distance of 4.650 kilometers. Additional works include traffic line marking, installation of various traffic signs, and other related tasks as detailed in the drawings and specifications of the Department of Rural Roads. The contractor must adhere strictly to the drawings, construction details, and requirements outlined in the bidding documents to ensure a high-quality outcome that meets the project’s objectives.
