โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 2, 3, 4, 11 และ 13 ตำบลบ้านตึก อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะพร้อมขยายเขตไฟฟ้า การดำเนินงานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าจำนวน 62 ต้น พร้อมโคมไฟ LED ขนาด 90 วัตต์ ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย และป้ายโครงการตามรูปแบบที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัยกำหนด

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบกราวด์ตามมาตรฐานทั่วไปของงานติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะ กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด และดำเนินการติดต่อกับการไฟฟ้าท้องถิ่นเพื่อจัดหาแหล่งจ่ายไฟ และขยายเขตระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project aims to install public street lighting and expand the electrical system in Moo 2, 3, 4, 11, and 13 of Ban Tuek Subdistrict, Si Satchanalai District, Sukhothai Province. The project involves installing 62 lighting poles with 90-watt LED lamps and project signs as specified by the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization, including connecting the electrical and grounding systems according to standards. The contractor must procure all necessary electrical equipment, contact the local electricity authority to arrange for a power supply, and expand the power distribution system. Domestically produced materials must account for at least 60% of the total material value, and domestically produced steel must account for at least 90% of the total steel used.
