กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาเปิดรับข้อเสนอโครงการ “จ้างจัดทำแผนพัฒนาแหล่งผลิตสินค้า GI ไทย เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนวัตวิถี” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการตลาดให้กับสินค้า GI และพัฒนาแหล่งผลิตสินค้า GI ให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตการดำเนินงานที่หลากหลาย ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนและกำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน, การวิเคราะห์การตลาดสินค้า GI ของจังหวัดยะลา, การออกแบบกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยว, การจัดทำแผนการท่องเที่ยว, การผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (คู่มือ, แผนที่, ป้าย, คลิปวิดีโอ), ไปจนถึงการผลักดันแหล่งผลิตสินค้า GI ในจังหวัดยะลาให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยว

ผู้สนใจต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่คณะกรรมการนโยบายกำหนด, เป็นนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานดังกล่าว, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องแนบเอกสารแสดงคุณสมบัติและข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด โดยมีการพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (30%) และข้อเสนอทางด้านเทคนิค (70%) โดยมีระยะเวลาการส่งมอบงานภายใน 210 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีงบประมาณ 5,480,000 บาท

The Department of Intellectual Property is inviting bids for the “Contract for the Development of a Plan to Promote Thai GI Product Production Sites as Innovative Tourism Destinations.” The main objectives of this project are to enhance market opportunities for GI products and to develop GI product production sites into tourist attractions. The project scope includes developing plans and timelines, analyzing the market for GI products in Yala province, designing tourism activities, creating tourism plans, producing promotional materials (guidebooks, maps, signs, video clips), and promoting GI product production sites in Yala province as part of tourist routes.

Interested parties must meet the legal qualifications, not be bankrupt, not be suspended from bidding, possess the qualifications and not have the prohibited characteristics as determined by the policy committee, be a juristic person engaged in the profession of contracting such work, and be registered in the e-GP system. Bidders must attach documents demonstrating their qualifications and technical proposals as specified. The decision will be based on price (30%) and technical proposals (70%). The delivery time is within 210 days from the contract signing date, and the budget is 5,480,000 baht.
