โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายเขตการให้บริการน้ำประปาให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่กลุ่มออมทรัพย์บ้านมั่นคงชนบทในเขตเทศบาลบ่อพลอย อำเภอบ่อไร่ จังหวัดตราด ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและวางท่อเมนประปา HDPE ขนาด Ø 110 มม. PN6 ใหม่ ตามแนวท่อที่กำหนดในแบบ รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ เช่น ประตูน้ำทองเหลืองขนาด 2 นิ้ว, ข้อต่อชนิดต่างๆ (สามทาง, ข้อโค้ง), และชุดดับเพลิงพร้อมอุปกรณ์ การวางท่อในบางช่วงต้องดำเนินการโดยการขุดวางท่อลอด (ท่อปลอก S Ø 150 มม.) เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหาย ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ซ่อมแซมพื้นผิวถนน/ทางเท้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการขุดวางท่อให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) และเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำและส่งมอบแบบแสดงการติดตั้งจริง (As-built drawing) ทั้งในรูปแบบกระดาษและไฟล์ดิจิทัลให้แก่ กปภ. สาขาตราด
This project aims to expand the water distribution network in the Baan Mankong Chonabot Savings Group area, Bo Phloi Municipality, Bo Rai District, Trat Province. The main scope of work includes the supply and installation of new HDPE water mains (Ø 110 mm PN6) according to the designated pipeline route, along with the installation of related equipment such as gate valves, fittings, and fire hydrant sets. Some sections of the pipeline require trenchless installation (Sleeve pipe Ø 150 mm). The contractor is responsible for repairing any road/pavement surfaces affected by the pipeline installation and must comply with the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) standards and related conditions. The contractor must also prepare and submit as-built drawings in both paper and digital formats to the PWA Trat Branch.
