โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างผู้รับจ้างดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันระบบเครื่องทำน้ำเย็น (Chiller Water Cool System) ขององค์การเภสัชกรรม โรงงานผลิตยารังสิต 1 ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัยต่อบุคลากรและทรัพย์สินขององค์การฯ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันระบบเครื่องทำน้ำเย็น ยี่ห้อ Trane และ York จำนวน 4 ชุด (ไม่รวมระบบท่อน้ำเย็น), การบำรุงรักษาหอผึ่งน้ำเย็น (Cooling Tower) ขนาด 200 Tr. จำนวน 9 เครื่อง, และการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องสูบน้ำ (Chiller Water Pump และ Condenser Water Pump) จำนวน 8 เครื่อง รวมถึงการทำความสะอาดตู้ไฟฟ้า AMCC 1, AMCC 2, AMCC 3, AMCC 4 และตู้ควบคุม INVERTER โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงาน, จัดเตรียมบุคลากรที่มีความพร้อม, และใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐานตามข้อกำหนด ระยะเวลาดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเป็นเวลา 12 เดือน และมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน
This project aims to hire a contractor for preventive maintenance of the Chiller Water Cool System at the Government Pharmaceutical Organization’s Rangsit Pharmaceutical Production Plant 1. The goal is to ensure continuous and safe operation of the system, covering the maintenance of 4 Trane and York chillers, 9 Cooling Towers, and 8 Chiller Water Pumps and Condenser Water Pumps. It also includes cleaning AMCC electrical panels and INVERTER control panels. The contractor must submit a work plan, provide qualified personnel, and use standard materials and equipment as specified. The maintenance period is 12 months, with payments divided into installments based on work progress.
