การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้ให้บริการเพื่อเผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณา MEA ความยาว 15 วินาที ผ่านจอลิฟต์ในคอนโดมิเนียมและออฟฟิศในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร นนทบุรี และสมุทรปราการ ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน - สิงหาคม 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และตอกย้ำแบรนด์ MEA ให้เป็นที่จดจำในกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลัก

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการเผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณาตามจำนวนครั้งและประเภทสื่อที่กำหนด ได้แก่ คอนโดมิเนียม (Luxury, Premium, Standard) และออฟฟิศ (บริษัทขนาดใหญ่) โดยต้องมีการปรับไฟล์สปอตให้เข้ากับรูปแบบสื่อต่างๆ และดำเนินการมอนิเตอร์ พร้อมส่งรายงานให้ MEA เป็นรายเดือน ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568 พร้อมรายงานผลการเผยแพร่, ไฟล์งาน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-bidding โดย MEA จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาต่ำสุด

Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is seeking a service provider to broadcast MEA advertising spots, 15 seconds in length, on elevator screens in condominiums and offices within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan, from June to August 2025. The objective is to increase brand awareness and recognition of MEA among the target audience.

The scope of work includes broadcasting the advertisement spots according to the specified number of times and media types, which include condominiums (Luxury, Premium, Standard) and offices (large companies). The contractor must adapt the spot files to fit various media formats, monitor the broadcasts, and submit monthly reports to MEA. The contractor is required to deliver all work by August 31, 2025, including broadcast performance reports, work files, and related documents.

Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and submit their proposals through the e-bidding system. MEA will select the lowest bidder.
