โครงการ Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange (TIME) เป็นงานประจำปีที่ สสปน. จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมการจัดประชุมและการเดินทางเพื่อเป็นรางวัล (MICE) ของประเทศไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการไทย โครงการ TIME 2025 นี้ ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ Business Exchange, Experience Exchange, และ Knowledge Exchange โดย TOR ฉบับนี้ มุ่งเน้นไปที่การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างผู้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม Knowledge Exchange ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการ, แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและประสบการณ์, และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบรูปแบบงาน, จัดหาสถานที่, จัดการวิทยากร, จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์, และบริหารจัดการงานให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและยั่งยืน โดยคำนึงถึงการลด Carbon Footprint ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดประชุม, มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์, และมีความเข้าใจในอุตสาหกรรม MICE รวมถึงการจัดงานอย่างยั่งยืน

The Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange (TIME) project is an annual event organized by TCEB to promote Thailand’s MICE industry. It focuses on creating competitive advantages and enhancing the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs. TIME 2025 consists of three main activities: Business Exchange, Experience Exchange, and Knowledge Exchange. This TOR focuses on procuring a contractor to organize the Knowledge Exchange activity, which aims to enhance the potential of entrepreneurs, exchange information and experiences, and build a network of cooperation. The contractor will be responsible for designing the event format, securing a venue, managing speakers, creating promotional materials, and managing the event smoothly and sustainably, taking into account carbon footprint reduction. The contractor must have expertise in organizing meetings, be creative, and have a good understanding of the MICE industry and sustainable event practices.
