รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อชุดตรวจ IGRA-TB จำนวน 2 รายการ ได้แก่ หลอดเก็บเลือด TB collection blood tube จำนวน 66 กล่อง และชุดน้ำยา Interferon gamma ELISA kit จำนวน 14 กล่อง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับใช้ในการตรวจยืนยันผลการติดเชื้อวัณโรค โดยใช้ชุดตรวจ Commercial ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ให้ผลบวกด้วย DMSC IGRA ELISA และใช้ในงานบริการตรวจวิเคราะห์การติดเชื้อวัณโรคโดยตรวจสารอินเตอร์เฟอรอนแกมมา (Interferon Gamma Release Assay, IGRA) ด้วยวิธี ELISA โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของชุดตรวจที่ต้องการ เช่น TB collection blood tube ต้องเป็นหลอดเก็บเลือดชนิดสุญญากาศปราศจากเชื้อ สามารถบรรจุเลือดได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 800 ไมโครลิตร และได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน CE เป็นต้น ส่วน Interferon gamma ELISA kit ต้องเป็นชุดน้ำยาสําหรับตรวจวัดปริมาณ interferon gamma ในเลือด โดยใช้หลักการ Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) และได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน CE เช่นกัน กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา
This project aims to procure 2 items of IGRA-TB test kits: 66 boxes of TB collection blood tubes and 14 boxes of Interferon gamma ELISA kits, via e-bidding. These kits will be used to confirm TB infection in samples that tested positive with the DMSC IGRA ELISA method and in the Interferon Gamma Release Assay (IGRA) service using ELISA. The TB collection blood tubes must be sterile, vacuum-sealed, and able to hold at least 800 microliters of blood, with CE certification. The Interferon gamma ELISA kits must be able to measure interferon gamma levels in blood using the Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method, also with CE certification. Delivery is required within 60 days of contract signing.
