โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างวางท่อระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) และขยายถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กในพื้นที่บ้านโคกใหม่ หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลแสลงพัน อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การวางท่อระบายน้ำ คสล. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.60 เมตร จำนวน 153 ท่อน พร้อมบ่อพัก 16 บ่อ และการเทคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขยายถนน กว้าง 0.90 - 2.00 เมตร ยาว 169 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 253 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการจำนวน 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานวัสดุก่อสร้างที่กำหนด เช่น ปูนซิเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ มอก. 15 เล่ม 1-2555, เหล็กเส้น มอก. 20-2559/มอก. 24-2559 และท่อ คสล. ชั้น 3 มอก.128-2549 รวมถึงต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันอันตรายระหว่างการก่อสร้างเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสลงพัน

This project involves the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) drainage pipes and the expansion of RC roads in Ban Khok Mai, Village No. 1, Sa Laeng Phan Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province. The objectives are to solve flooding problems and improve transportation infrastructure. The scope of work includes the installation of 153 RC drainage pipes with a diameter of 0.60 meters, along with 16 manholes, and the pouring of RC to expand the road, with a width of 0.90 - 2.00 meters, a length of 169 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of no less than 253 square meters. It also includes the installation of 1 project information sign. The contractor must comply with specified construction material standards, such as Portland cement TIS 15-2555, reinforcing steel TIS 20-2559/TIS 24-2559, and Class 3 RC pipes TIS 128-2549. Safety measures during construction are also required to ensure traffic safety. This project is funded by the Sa Laeng Phan Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
