กรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) กระทรวงพลังงาน มีความประสงค์จะจ้างปรับปรุงเครื่องกังหันน้ำและเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าพร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ สำหรับโครงการไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำระดับหมู่บ้าน โครงการแม่น้ำดะ ตำบลแม่จัน อำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก ขนาดกำลังผลิต 60 กิโลวัตต์ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อให้สามารถผลิตไฟฟ้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มสัดส่วนการใช้พลังงานทดแทนตามแผน AEDP 2018 และลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการปรับปรุงเครื่องกังหันน้ำ (Pelton Turbine), ชุดสายพานทดรอบ, Inlet Valve, ระบบควบคุม, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า, ระบบสายส่ง, และอาคารโรงไฟฟ้า ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหา, ติดตั้ง, ซ่อมแซม, ทดสอบ, และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้สามารถใช้งานได้ตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสารรายงาน, แบบ, และบัญชีรายการวัสดุ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 240 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณรวม 2,431,000.00 บาท การพิจารณาผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

The Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Ministry of Energy, intends to hire a contractor to renovate the water turbine, generator, and related equipment for the Mae Nam Da village-level hydropower project in Mae Chan Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province. This project involves one 60 kW generator. The aim is to ensure efficient and continuous electricity generation. This project aligns with the AEDP 2018 plan to increase renewable energy usage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The scope of work includes renovating the Pelton Turbine, speed increaser, inlet valve, control system, generator, transformers, transmission system, and powerhouse building. The contractor must procure, install, repair, test, and maintain the equipment to meet specified standards. This also includes preparing reports, drawings, and material lists.
