Provincial Electricity Authority Region 1 (Northeast) Udon Thani Province (PEA 1) is seeking bids for the rental and installation of GPS Tracking systems for 291 trucks with a weight of 2 tons or more. The purpose of the project is to monitor and control vehicle usage, prevent accidents, and manage vehicles effectively. The project includes the rental of real-time vehicle tracking equipment, speed alarms, SOS emergency buttons, and the installation of various devices on vehicles, with a rental period of 1 year. Service providers must store and process data through their own servers, allowing users to access the information via the internet. The GPS devices must meet standards and be compatible with existing vehicle tracking systems. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR, have a proven track record, and complete the delivery of the work within 120 days of signing the contract. Payments will be made in installments as specified.
